Anyone who’s been there knows the layout of Disney’s Hollywood Studios can be a bit confusing to navigate, especially in the park’s backlot areas. Fortunately, Disney realized this and placed a series of signs around the park to direct guests towards any location they might be trying to find.

DISNEY LAUNCHES KINDNESS CAMPAIGN IN CELEBRATION OF CINDERELLA BLU-RAY RELEASE

n celebration of the Digital HD and Blu-ray™ release of Disney’s “Cinderella” on September 15, 2015, Walt Disney Studios is proud to announce the “A Million Words of Kindness” Campaign, launched on August 15, 2015. Inspired by the spirit of Cinderella, this online initiative invites fans everywhere to pledge their commitment to be courageous and kind in the hopes of achieving “A Million Words of Kindness” in time for World Kindness Day on November 13^th, 2015.

In the film “Cinderella,” Ella is told by her mother, “Where there is kindness, there is goodness; and where there is goodness, there is magic.” Now families everywhere can create this magic themselves by submitting words of courage and kindness at www.cinderellakindness.com, using the hashtags #Cinderella and #bekind or the handle @Cinderellamovie. These kind words and their entrant’s names will then appear on the site’s interactive “Kindness Wall.”

DISNEY CONSUMER PRODUCTS AND INTERACTIVE MEDIA SHOWCASES UPCOMING LINE-UP OF PRODUCTS AT D23 EXPO 2015

During a presentation at the D23 Expo 2015, Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media revealed new details about some of the biggest products in the interactive entertainment industry including Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition, Playmation and KINGDOM HEARTS III plus two new limited edition Star Wars™ PlayStation®4 hardware bundles.

“We have the most exciting slate of upcoming game titles in our history, and we’re also focused on new platforms and technologies that enable us to develop experiences we would never have dreamed possible just a few years ago,” said Jimmy Pitaro, co-chairman of Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media and president of Disney Interactive.

Highlights from today’s presentation include:

· On November 17, fans will be able to purchase two very special limited-edition Darth Vader-inspired PlayStation®4 Star Wars bundles: Star Wars: Battlefront and Disney Infinity 3.0: Star Wars. The bundles include a fully customized PS4™ featuring an image of Darth Vader, a controller inspired by Darth Vader’s suit and more. Walt Disney Animation Studios SHORT FILMS COLLECTION Review

Walt Disney Animation Studios has just released the latest SHORT FILMS COLLECTION on Blu-Ray, DVD, and Digital HD. This collection of short films has familiar characters like Anna, Elsa, and Olaf in Disney’s Frozen Fever. In Tangled Ever After Maximus and Pascal are at the center of the action at Rapunzel and Eugene’s wedding. Get a Horse features Mickey, Minnie, and the whole gang as they move back and forth between black and white 2d animation and CGI. It is amazing! These shorts are what we would expect from Disney Animation Studios. The ones that I really enjoyed, however, were short films that may not have a merchandise tie-in. The Little Matchgirl is a classic story told in the most beautiful way. Keep a tissue handy because the ending is heartwrenching. I also love John Henry. I use this in my 5th grade class when we study legends in literature. The Ballad of Nessie is narrated so perfectly. Some of the stories that have little to no dialogue have the strongest message. In Paperman, we see that nothing can stop love after a chance encounter. In TIck Tock Tale, we learn that standing up for others can be powerful. In Feast, man’s best friend comes to the aid of his master when happiness is almost lost. Walt Disney Animation Studios SHORT FILMS COLLECTION is a must-have for the Disney fans in your family. You won’t be disappointed.
