Vacationers have more options to choose from than ever for transportation, including ride-share services that save time and offer more flexibility to go where they want, when they want. In light of this shift, when Disney Resort hotel bookings open for stays in 2022, they will no longer offer Disney’s Magical Express service for airport transportation, starting with arrivals Jan. 1, 2022. They will continue to operate the service for new and existing reservations made at Disney Resort hotels for arrivals throughout 2021. Additionally, complimentary transportation options – such as buses, monorails and Disney Skyliner – will continue to be available within Walt Disney World Resort for Disney Resort hotel guests, including to and from all four theme parks.

Walt Disney World certainly had an interesting year in 2020. The park was closed for several months for the first time in history. And while it was able to reopen during the summer, things are far from normal.
You can kick-off 2021 in an artful way with the Taste of EPCOTInternational Festival of the Arts, running Jan. 8 through Feb. 22, 2021. In addition to celebrating visual and performing arts, the over 15 Food Studios showcase the best in culinary art – blending colorful ingredients, unique cooking techniques, and imaginative presentations to create edible masterpieces for the plate and glass.
Our culinary and beverage teams created many new tastes and sips for this year’s festival and brought back several fan favorites. Be sure to tell your Clients to check out our new Food Studio – Vibrante & Vívido Food Studio – located between Morocco & France.
Returning is the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine, a fun food stroll highlighting five delicious sweet and savory offerings at the festival – all listed in the Festival Passport. Upon this colorful purchase, you will receive a stamp for their Festival Passport. Once they’ve collected all five stamps, you can bring their Festival Passport to the Decadent Delights Food Studio to receive an adorable complimentary Artist Palette Cookie. The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine can be completed at leisure, and you can even bring back their stamped Festival Passport to EPCOT at any time during the festival to complete their stroll.

Walt Disney World spent a good portion of 2020 closed, and while it is currently running at a fraction of its maximum capacity, and likely will continue to do so through most, if not all, of 2021, the theme park resort has announced that several different parts of Disney World, from hotels to water parks, that have remained closed to this point, will be dusting off the cobwebs and getting ready to open throughout the first half of 2021.
You may know the story of Emily Jacobsen, who is so excited for the debut of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT that she wrote a song about Remy and posted a video online of herself singing it. The clip quickly became a worldwide social media phenomenon, inspiring others to share their love for the “Little Chef” through music.
To celebrate her joy and creativity, we decided to add a little extra magic to Emily’s recent Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Earlier this week, she was whisked backstage at EPCOT for a surprise sneak peek of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, which will debut in 2021 in the newly reimagined France pavilion. Based on Disney and Pixar’s hit film “Ratatouille,” the family-friendly attraction will invite Guests to shrink down to the size of a rat for a culinary adventure with Remy, racing across Gusteau’s kitchen floor. In addition to her “first look” at the new attraction, Emily got a “first wear” of the special ear headband inspired by Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. The headband will be available for purchase in 2021.
Check out the video for a glimpse of Emily’s magical experience – from the surprise news of her sneak peek to her tour through the attraction with Disney Imagineers.
We hope you share in Emily’s excitement for the debut of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure next year!
