Disney DUCK TALES Destination: Adventure! dvd review

DUCK TALES! Whooh ooo! Every day they’re out there making DUCK TALES! Whooh ooo! Tales of daring do bad and good luck tales! whooh ooo! Got you singing along yet? You just can’t get that catchy tune out of your head if you are a true fan of all things Disney.  Huey, Dewey, and Louie are back in action with Webby and Scrooge McDuck in the latest dvd release DUCK TALES Destination: Adventure! This fun filled dvd includes 8 adventures that take the gang around the world. This is a show that is truly for the whole family….children will love the wacky action while adults will love the humor.  My favorite line from The Impossible Summit Mt. Neverrest!, “Why is the sun wearing sunglasses?  Is he looking at another brighter sun?”  For some reason this made me giggle, maybe because kids always draw sunglasses on their sun pictures.  With the comedic timing of Ben Schwartz (Dewey), Bobby Moynihan (Louie), Danny Pudi (Huey), and Kate Micucci (Webby), this show is hilarious. Those of us who remember watching the original episodes (1987-1990) will love sharing the show with a new audience.  My own college senior is nuts over DUCK TALES as well as the classics Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers, Tale Spin, and Darkwing Duck.  I love that these shows are coming back around.  In fact, on a recent trip to Disneyland in California, I saw merchandise depicting these awesome characters and shows. This dvd also includes two bonus classic episodes so youngsters can see what the original show was like.  How cool is that?  Disney DUCK TALES Destination:Adventure! is a must have for your movie collection.  You will be singing along and laughing your way through these fun adventures with the gang.  DUCK TALES! Whooh ooo!
