Disney Cruise Line Extends Future Cruise Credits to March 31, 2022

Statement from Disney Cruise Line:

At Disney Cruise Line we understand that these are challenging times, but we take comfort in knowing that brighter days are ahead. We can’t wait to welcome our Guests back onboard and return to making magic at sea.

During this time of uncertainty, we want to provide your clients and their family with even more flexibility. Because your clients’ sailing was cancelled due to COVID-19, they were previously offered the choice of either a future cruise credit* equal to 25%, 125% or 150% of their original voyage fare to be used within 15 months of their original sailing or a full refund. We are now extending the use of their future cruise credit to sailings that depart by March 31, 2022.

The credit has been automatically added to your clients’ account. For clients with a 125% or 150% future cruise credit, you may place a reservation on hold by applying it as a payment option when booking a new reservation online beginning Wednesday, June 3, 2020. For your clients with a 25% future cruise credit, you may apply it as a payment option beginning Wednesday, June 3, 2020. Once your clients’ modified reservation is paid in full, any remaining future cruise credit will be applied to their shipboard account as a non-refundable onboard credit.

If you prefer to speak to someone directly, please contact a member of our reservation team at 1-866-325-6685 or 407-566-7797. Sailings are currently available through summer 2021 with additional eligible sailings to be released at a later date.

We appreciate the planning that goes into a cruise vacation and hope your clients enjoy this additional time to travel. We look forward to welcoming your clients aboard as soon as we can and making magic for them and their loved ones.

*The Future Cruise Credit is equal to 25% of your clients’ original voyage fare.  The FCC is only valid for sailings commencing prior to March 31, 2022. Your clients’ original reservation must be paid in full to be eligible for the FCC. The FCC is applied per person and is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. Standard prevailing rates apply and Guests are responsible for any balance due after the FCC has been applied. If your clients end up not being able to use the FCC, they will be eligible for a refund up to the amount of their original voyage fare. Standard cancellation policies and terms and conditions apply to future sailings. Guests who previously received a FCC are not eligible for an additional FCC.
