Check out this clip of the Kiss Goodnight from Magic Kingdom. If you have never heard of this, it is unannounced and usually takes place anywhere from 15-40 AFTER park hours. This is a way to help let guests know it’s time to leave as some may have entered a ride prior to park closing and then exit the ride technically after park hours end for the night. If you get a chance to stay for it, it truly does wrap up your day at Magic Kingdom in a special way.

The new state-of-the-art store will offer an immersive experience that combines the colorful fun that fans of the M&M’S brand enjoy with lasting memories. “Guests will be fully immersed into an interactive chocolate experience that will create more moments and more smiles through the colorful fun of M&M’S,” said Patrick McIntyre, director of global retail at Mars Retail Group.

Pintroducing a New Way to Ring in 2020 at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

As part of this year’s New Year’s Eve celebration, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park is pintroducing a family fun special pin trading opportunity throughout the park only on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019! Your Clients can check out pin trading boards displaying over 90 pins located throughout the lands of Africa, Asia, DinoLand U.S.A., and Discovery Island. These displays will include Hidden Mickey pins and pins from Disney theme parks from around the world. Guests will have the opportunity to trade pins from these displays during the following times:
- 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
- 2:45 – 3:45 p.m.
- 5:45 – 6:45 p.m.
- 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.
This pin trading opportunity is truly special so Guests will have one minute to trade two (2) Disney pins off of the designated trading boards. So be sure to get there during each allotted timeframe to see what’s new to each board!
Not only will there be special pin trading throughout the day, to ring in New Year, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will also be offering a 2020 commemorative pin – a Limited Edition New Year’s Day Pin – for purchase beginning at 7:00 p.m. Only 1,000 were produced! For the chance to purchase this pin, Guests can visit Discovery Trading Company beginning at 7:00 a.m. to receive a numbered wristband that will allow the opportunity to purchase up to two (2) pins beginning at 7:00 p.m. also at Discovery Trading Company.
Guests will have one (1) minute to trade two (2) Disney pins off the designated trading boards. Please point to the pin(s) you wish to trade for and the cast member will pull off the board and hand to you. All trades are final after pulled from the boards.
A limited number of wristbands will be available for the day and will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis. Valid Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket is required. Queue for guests with wristbands will start 15 minutes prior to the posted return time at Discovery Trading Company. Guests will be assembled in sequential order. Wristband return must be completed between 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. on date of issue, 12/31/19. Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. Wristbands have no cash value. Restrictions apply. Merchandise available while supplies last. Subject to change without notice.
