Get Ready For Take Off As Little Orbit And Disney Interactive Reveal “Disney Planes: Fire & Rescue”

Leading worldwide video game publisher Little Orbit, in collaboration with Disney Interactive, announced today that Disney Planes: Fire & Rescue, the video game based on Disney’s new animated feature film, “Planes: Fire & Rescue” (in theaters July 18, 2014),  will launch this fall exclusively for Nintendo platforms.  Fasten your seatbelts and prepare for sky-high fun as players embark on fire-and-rescue emergencies with all their favorite characters from the movie!

Disney Casts Newcomer Neel Sethi Out of Thousands as Mowgli in The Jungle Book Live Action Film

Meet Neel Sethi! Disney announced in a statement to Us Weekly on July 15 that they’ve finally decided upon an actor to portray Mowgli in the upcoming live-action and animation portrayal of The Jungle Book—and he’s never acted before!

Disney’s Planes: Fire & Rescue Product Line Featuring Interactive, Rescue-Themed Toys for Heroes-in-Training Lands at Retail

Disney Consumer Products (DCP) debuted a dynamic line of products to celebrate the premiere of the high flying comedy-adventure Disney’s Planes: Fire & Rescue, in theaters July 18. The action-packed sequel to Disney’s Planes has inspired a robust lineup of diecast, remote control and interactive toys, apparel, accessories, books and more from Disney Store and best-in-class licensees including Mattel, Thinkway, and more. From infrared controls that bring rescue vehicles to life with sound effects and signature phrases to motion-activated RC toys, the collection allows heroes-in-training to immerse themselves in the action while recreating iconic moments in the film.
