Plus, families looking to start their morning off with a breakfast experience can visit Topolino’s Terrace for exclusive Disney character dining inspired by the Riviera.

As we’ve previously shared, Jaleo by José Andrés is expected to debut this winter at Disney Springs®.
Today, we’re excited to share that José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup will also be opening one of the first-ever brick-and-mortar location of Pepe by José Andrés, inspired by the popular Washington DC food truck of the same name.
Pepe by José Andrés, located right next to Jaleo at Disney Springs, will feature an extensive menu of hot and cold Spanish-style sandwiches including bocatas and bikinis, showcasing the best of José’s native country Spain.
Some of the delicious highlights include:
Pollo Frito, made with breaded chicken breast, alioli, bravas sauce, piparra peppers, gem lettuce, and sherry dressing
Serrano y Manchego, served on crispy Pan de Cristal with tomato fresco
Bocata de Vegetales, made with roasted peppers, onion, green asparagus, spinach, and manchego cheese on Pan de Cristal
In addition to the sandwiches, Pepe will serve salads, soups and sides along with Spanish sangria.
The walls of Pepe are decorated with an elaborate mural by Marc Jesús, a famous Menorcan painter, featuring his ever-happy, blue-skinned female characters. The space, as well as Jaleo, was designed by celebrated Spanish designer Juli Capella.
Opening first in Disneyland this June, and then “late fall” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will be the largest, most detailed, and most expensive single themed lands Disney has ever built.
It is now conceivable that the porcelain princesses Cinderella, Snow White and the “Frozen” leading ladies could be dethroned — “Hamilton” creator Lin-Manuel Miranda is in talks with Disney about co-writing an animated musical featuring a young Latina heroine.
With excitement building over a new “Star Wars” land opening later this year at Walt Disney World, as well as at its California cousin, it’s easy to forget a slew of new entertainment shows also are debuting in the biggest year for the Florida theme park resort in two decades.
If the famous Disney Imagineers provide the “wow” factor with their fantastical feats of engineering on rides and attractions, it’s the entertainment division that provides Disney World’s heart.
Disney might bill itself as the happiest place on Earth, but pretty soon the frozen section of your local grocery store will be a pretty joyous place to visit too. To celebrate Mickey‘s ninetieth birthday, the Mouse House is making one of its most popular treats available outside of its parks for the first time ever. Soon you’ll be able to enjoy a Mickey Mouse ice cream bar in your own castle.
