Garden Rocks Concert Series to Jam Across Decades During Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival March 4-May 17, 2015

Eleven pop bands with hits spanning several decades will play the Garden Rocks Concert Series at the 22nd Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival March 4-May 17, 2015. The Garden Rocks Concert Series debuts in 2015 to span a broader range of decades and popular artists.

Pablo Cruise and Little River Band will rock Epcot audiences for the first time. Jon Secada, Taylor Dayne and En Vogue, fan favorites who’ve played the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, will make their Flower & Garden Festival debuts. And 1990s chart toppers Gin Blossoms, also new to this spring festival, kick off the concert series March 6-8.

Guests can dance each festival weekend to classic tunes at the park’s America Gardens Theatre. An eclectic mix of festival fan favorites includes the Village People, who debuted at the festival in 2013 and, with a nod to the 1960s, Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone will rock the house May 15-17.

Performances are at America Gardens Theatre at 5:30, 6:45 and 8:00 p.m. every Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival and are included with Epcot admission. Here is this year’s lineup (subject to change without notice):

April 24-26: The Guess Who “These Eyes”

May 1-3: Taylor Dayne “Tell It to My Heart” (New to this festival)

May 8-10: NEW! Little River Band “Reminiscing”

May 15-17: Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone “I’m Henry the VIII, I Am”

2015 Radio Disney Music Awards Set for Saturday, April 25 at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live

The 2015 Radio Disney Music Awards (RDMA), music’s biggest event for families, is set for SATURDAY, APRIL 25 at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles. Now in its third year, the show will feature performances by some of the biggest artists in music and the presentation of the uniquely Radio Disney “ARDY” statuettes as voted on by fans globally. A 90-minute televised special and a 30-minute pre-show, including red-carpet arrivals, will be presented Sunday, April 26 on Disney Channel. Highlights will also be available on Radio Disney, the Radio Disney App, the Disney Channel WATCH app and RadioDisney.com.

Wizard World Comic Con Presents Fan Fest Chicago Added To 2015 Calendar, March 7-8

Wizard World, Inc. (WIZD) today announced the addition of Wizard World Comic Con Presents Fan Fest Chicago to its 2015 schedule, March 7-8 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. The event, added as a “thank you” to loyal Wizard World fans, will be specially priced at $25 for the weekend and $15 for either day.

Additionally, fans who have purchased VIP or four-day admissions to Wizard World Comic Con Chicago (August 20-23) will receive free admission to Fan Fest Chicago. Disney College Program attracts thousands of workers

Up to 12,000 students annually spend several months in the Disney College Program, being paid to help operate rides, work in restaurants and clean hotel rooms. Since beginning in 1981, the program has grown into a massive machine, providing Disney World with about 5 percent of its workforce.
