Disneyland Resort Announces Diamond Celebration (July 17, 2014) Ñ On July 17, the Disneyland Resort celebrated its 59th anniversary and unveiled the logo for next yearÕs 60th anniversary, a Diamond Celebration that will salute 60 years of magic. The dazzling yearlong celebration will launch in the spring of 2015 at the Anaheim, Calif., resort, which has two theme parks, three hotels and the shopping, dining and entertainment district known as Downtown Disney.
