Many guests to Walt Disney World around Halloween weekend are aware of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. One item of interest that I feel like Disney doesn’t promote enough is it’s Happy Haunting trick-or-treating event at Downtown Disney.
The event occurred on October 30 and 31 at Downtown Disney and was a lot of fun for guests. There were over 20 trick-or-treat areas running the length of the Downtown Disney property. This year the candy stations were outside which allowed for a greater flow for guests and a more seamless process of moving from one station to the next. On top of that there were games and even a dance party that were ongoing throughout the evening.
