I just got that call 5mins ago. And the crazy thing is, I got the same call the day b4 and they tried to take money off my visa but it was already maxed so they hung up on me lol. Being smarter today, I kept asking the girl to tell me the good part about the trip later because right now, I just want to know what it is going to cost me. She kept giving me the run around saying she had to explain everything in order. So I told her to keep reading her damn script. I asked again, when she was going to ask mme about my credit card info and she put me on hold for her supervisor. The dumb supervisor started and I said I don’t want to hear about the luxury parts. Just tell me what I’m paying. Finally, she asked for my credit info and I yelled “you dumb idiots called me yesterday and tried taking money off my card!” I really used more profanity than that

I say it’s the couples fault in this case because they didn’t have the proper identification which was required to board any cruise ship (not just Disney) and Disney was following the rules by denying them access. If this incident occurred on NCL, Royal Caribbean or Carnival you wouldn’ t be hearing about it, but because it happened on Disney’s ship it’s like “ok lets make a big deal out of the whole situation.”

Got the same phone call this morning, i won a trip to Disney with a cruise etc.
They wanted 287$ per person and charge it right away on my CC.
They said I had enter a contest, but i don’t remember doing that.
They had my name, my address at work and my phone at work. She wanted my
credit card number expiration date, she said I had a card number with the first numbers 4 something with Visa she was saying that they had my card number already when I did not want to give more info they got angry. I finally hung up on them.
