Couric Moves Closer to Syndicated Show with Disney

Katie Couric is moving closer to a deal with Walt Disney Co.’s ABC that would give the former “Today” host her own syndicated talk show in the fall of 2012, as well as a role within ABC News, according to people familiar with the negotiations.
